Camera freezing on 6+

i have 64g 6+. when swipe video camera screen freezes on blurry transition screen. have close camera app unfreeze.

noticed rotation of home screen stuck in 1 position. apps seem work though.

else experiencing this? not sure if it's phone? or ios 8?
 

i noticed rotation problem in camera. twice took pics though showed in little square on camera app not able seen in photos app or when touching little square review.
