just wanted let know able able at&t credit me $40 activation fee online csr named fernando emoji happy.

i'm not sure how easy/difficult if you're not on fan account, didn't know if fan waived fee, went online chat , put issue as:

"i pre-ordered iphone 6 , there mandatory item $40 1 time upgrade fee listed on bill. under impression fan discount waived fee."
