Carrier Verizon: $200 trade-in AND keep Unlimited data possible?

hey everyone,

possible trade-in one's iphone via verizon's website $200 credit, use buy iphone on dumbphone's upgrade line, old upgrade switch-a-roo when phone arrives?
 

so i'll keep talking myself, , went verizon store, rep/manager said need sacrifice unlimited data plan if wanted qualify $200 trade-in. bummer.
