gmail issues with mavericks......

that have been told apple support. have contacted them @ least 3 times (not counting times got disconnected , had start on new tech). can typing new message , have had 1 show 71 times in 'trash' showed 41 times. had other day show repeated times, but, time didn't waste time counting how many there. going on causing 'draft' copy email @ 30 second intervals (if not quicker---hence 71 emails in trash), but, sending trash.

now, going email friend. went contacts , of info missing---the whole contact has been deleted. emailed him other day.

told 1 tech support person apple aware of problem , told me keep watching updates. told apparently, happening people have gmail accounts.

curious if others (with gmail) having issues?

btw, have had macbook pro 3 months.
 

go gmail.com , in settings @ labels tab. have "all mail" checked show in imap? if not, check restart mail app , leave running day reindex.
