Use Migration Assistant to transfer files periodically?

hi, have 2 imacs. use 1 exclusively few months switch other 1 , use exclusively few months. know can use migration assistant transfer files when new mac. want transfer folders (photos, music, docs) 1 other each time switch. can periodic switch migration assistant too, select folders want?

using mavericks on both. used setup assistant populate second 1 when got it.
 

not idea @ all, each time ma used creates new user account, therefore every time used manually have move files user account want. it's smarter use icloud or create drop box account , use sync files.
