this has little macbook air, present problem in general manner respond to.

starting generalization. purchased device had replace twice , i'm facing third replacement. problem not fault, , it's still in warranty.

specifically, purchased surface rt microsoft on launch. sd card reader broken , took 3 units working surface. however, surface has developed problem volume button not working. i'm not alone , didn't damage dropping it, etc.

in general, think it's justified me expect *full* refund? if apple, want full refund rather replacement device? instead of getting surface rt that's out dated, prefer buy ipad can take advantage of continuity , apps surface lacks.
 

sounds you're outside of refund window, don't expect refund.
