iPad Did I get a good deal on this iPad Air?

i got ipad air wifi plus lte 16gb $250 out door att. hesitant @ first because know new ipad slated come out soon. first ipad , reflection people if should keep @ price or return it. kind of impulse buy because ordering iphone 6 , got discount if bundled ipad.
 

if locked contract, no because new ipad's should announced in oct during apple's event. if not locked in , data plan month month it's pretty deal.
