Plex Issue

i wanted feedback few people. decided add plex server current setup. install , scanning music , movies. when scans tv directory. whenever encounters tv show has mixed file types not add library. have multiple tv shows in directory , each season in own folder media files below them.

ex.

doctor who
- season 01
doctor.who.2005.s01e01.avi
doctor.who.2005.s01e02.mkv
...
- season 02
...

plex not scanning directories have mixed file extensions home media scanner.

thoughts?
 

i've never had problem this, of tv folders have mpg , mp4 files in them

have tried separating them out (move whole dr folder out, , make new folder has 1 or 2 files, same kind)

should check file permissions also

if doesn't work, head on plex forums, you'll more answer there
