Resolved IMac Won't let me log in

hi! new forums , appreciate quick reply :)

imac has 4 accounts on it, , 1 of them not allow me log in. after put in correct password, starts loading if log in, goes gray screen , sends me main login page 4 accounts. strangely, 1 has problems. others seem work fine. how fix this?
 

try doing safe mode boot account. safe mode bypasses login or startup items might causing trouble. can @ login or startup items running in account not running in others may causing this.
