Video recording at 60fps

i sure has been covered, cant believe how awesome video looks when 60fps switch made. have nikon d800 dslr takes nice hd video, , video quality similar.

issue is, not sure there streaming service (youtube, vimeo) let me upload full quality video.
 

sorry, don't know photography what's advantage of recording @ 60fps? saw switch in settings didn't know whether turn on or not. video files larger? , if leave off, what's recording @ now?
