Ghost touches on iPhone 6

hey everyone, i've been noticing ghost touches on iphone 6 recently. thought id seen 1 or 2 on first day dismissed thinking must've accidentally been touching it. i've been noticing more , more though, , phone dialed 2 numbers on phone call when wasn't touching on speaker phone.

has been seeing this? i'm not sure if software issue iphone 6 or if there wrong actual hardware.
