iPhone Delivery day - do you 'tip' UPS/Fedex?

i've seen quite few comments people know ups/fedex delivery people stating iphone release day is, well, day hell them. signatures on every delivery, people stopping them ask "do have iphone", etc...

not tip them (i make sure thank them), given such tough day them, do special them? mean, if them, might appreciate simple gesture of "thank you" on tough day.
