Macbook Pro wifi issue

hello,

can u guys me?

i'm using 2011 '13 macbook pro. problem in normal mode mac loose wifi connection after 5min, , doesn't show hosts join. otherwise see @ least 10 networks @ home, when crashes cant se of them. when restart computer can use wifi again 5 min.

reinstalled mavericks didn't solve problem.
