OS X theme/customizations?

hi, relatively new mac user here;

want give desktop new , wondering guys in os x world. beyond changing desktop. i'm aware of ability change drive icons, changing of windows , dock icons?

thanks! post screenshots if have , want show off you've done.
 

try flavours finder themes. icons changeable without external applications.

heres tutorial, can change icon this, whether in dock, folder or application.

have locate application dock alias pointing to, , change that.
