Phones Dual SIM Phone under 300€

hi,
i'm looking dual sim phone @ 300€ should have android 4.4, screen between 5" , 5,5" (at least hd), decent camera , @ least quad-core , 1 gb of ram. (preferred lte , camera.)

thing suit me best dual-sim nexus 5, sadly doesn't exist :(.

have looked at:

- dual moto g: worried maybe old buy now, hardware isn't , camera so-so.

- dual htc desire 816: nice big stretch in budget.

- htc e8: dumber plastic htc 1 isn't yet available expensive.

- wiko highway: octa-core, 2gbs of ram , 13mpx shooter, 5"fhd 300€. - never past android 4.2.2, doesn't have rom community , don't have trust in brand , it's services

- lg g2 mini: looks solid phone overall. hoping price drops when g3 released. , bigger screen wouldn't bad.

suggestions , opinions?
 

bq e5 hd.

2gb ram, 13mpx camera, quad core, 4.4 stock, 2.500 battery, 5 hd 720p ips display, etc.

no 4g though.
