What SSD Drive For Late 2008 Unibody Macbook Pro

upgraded ram 8gb , installed osx 10 on late 2008 unibody macbook pro , considering ssd drive.

questions:

1. make of drive should get?
2. size drive should get, installing mavericks want boot camp windows 7 , or form of unix operating system (tbc). backup 2tb nas drive storage not problem?
3. presume 2.5 ssd drive straight swap?

 

this started research: thewirecutter

went 512gb after going stock 160 hybrid 500.

yeah, straight swap. simple do. backup time machine, swap drives, format drive, restore time machine.
