Buying from eBay..

a lot of 5s's popping on ebay now, there few bargains on there. question - how safe it? hear time people buying phones, either a) have fault isn't detectable without decent amount of usage or b) phone blocked/blacklisted later due seller reporting lost/stolen after sold.

ebay cover things this? if locked, refund through paypal or ebay?
 

there's aways risk of buying phone activation lock or black listed. use sellers feedback vet out ones don't kosher.

personally, i'd use swappa.com on ebay. think safer.

anyways if have problem, you'll work through paypal not ebay. document including correspondences seller. more info provide paypal in dispute better chances.
