iPhone 6 Apple Store Replacement

i wondering, if buy unlocked, contract-free (t-mobile) iphone 6 apple.com , break due a)water damage or b)shattered screen, c)shattered screen / bent body:

1.can replaced @ apple store without having pay full retail price buy new one?
2.what price 64gb version / price 16gb or 32gb iphone 5s?
3.will replacement phone brand new or refurbished?
4.do replace if it's destroyed or there case let keep broken phone, sell "replacement" phone under retail price?

pretty sure refurb , out of warranty replacement if user damaged unless kind genius. not sure on costs it's far less retail
