Setup for children?

all of in our family use same appleid across our devices.

bought iphone 5c child, i'd still set same apple id different icloud email account her. how do that?

there seem no way of creating icloud email account her. have create appleid dont want yet (plus not 13 yet)

dont want use gmail. right can create email alias under apple id, emails well.

main reason use icould email id imessage, facetime , email child.
 

ignoring being < 13, why not want create apple id , set family member/child , parent? can share apps , approve purchases, etc.

don't think have alternative.
