duplicate bluetooth device showing

i having trouble instant-hotspot , hand-off not working ipad , iphone6+ on ios8.
i've managed figure out via restore , setting resets multiple times. no idea combination did fix :mad:

fyi: trying fix it. check if device registered in "support profile" page apple. how ipad wasn't showing @ all, while every device i've own shows up.

now. end having duplicate device name in bluetooth setting; ipad , iphone. 1 instance of device can remove, while other can't, it's greyed out. i'm fearful remove 1 of device, @ risk of losing features got working.

found out can remove duplicate, have reset network setting, reset setting. might cause me lose features. , reset device name default; "iphone" "ipad". when rename each device, shows new name , old :mad::mad:
