Problems with OS X 10.9.5

hello, tried update mavericks 10.9.5 says restart on softftware update in mac app store when restart goes os x , doesn't install update during boot. suggestions?
 

instead of restarting, cancel option. go :apple: menu , full shutdown/power off. power on , check see if have better luck.
