Screen is very soft - got a mark from the charger

hi
i've opened charger on macbook pro while open, , magsafe side touched screen , made mark on it.
there chance fixed under warranty? screen super fragile , didn't expect this..

 

there's chance warranty doesn't cover accidental coverage , pretty dents/scratches or cracks identified accidental damage.

why should apple eat cost of repair fault - regrettably no doubt not manufacturing defect.
