Early '13 rMBP Hard Freezing

so, 2013 15" 2.7ghz/16gb ram/512gb ssd/gtx 650m macbook pro hard freeze, , mean cursor won't move, clock stays @ time froze, keyboard unresponsive (brightness keys, etc. don't work, can't force quit), , when close laptop lid suspend laptop either stay on forever or machine shut off entirely require me power on - though, have hold down power button 4 seconds shut off...

computer has bit of history, first issue had cursor jumping around erratically without using trackpad in capacity. happen in os x, interestingly (not bootcamp). however, decided replace trackpad, attributing not happening in bootcamp because didn't utilize multigesture drivers. right, replaced trackpad (and battery , topcase, because glued together) , never had issue again.

month later, however, upgraded mavericks , started experiencing hard freezes. day don't ever recall experiencing hard freezes in mountain lion or windows 8/8.1. @ first, hadn't bothered me much, heavily invested in using windows based daw, , figured perhaps problem w/ mavericks solved in later software update. it's 10.9.4 , it's still hard freezing, started spending time taking apple care. i've done twice , they've thrown lot of parts @ - first time replaced logic board , display, because wifi antennas wired through display. (i lost perfect samsung screen no reason, got lg rev 2. replacement) second time replaced ssd , airport card.

they've had computer 14 full days of last month no avail.... got , within 2 days of uptime hard froze again. i've read countless forum reports, have done many clean installs, have ran without 3rd party software installed whatsoever week once (major pita, still froze!)... , happens super sporadically, @ best it's gone 2 weeks without freezing, @ worse happens once virtually every day. it's not when i'm doing heavy calculations, video encoding, high temp/gpu usage....
i'm virtually using trackpad, scrolling through finder or safari.....

@ point, i'm on it, have 2 other reasonably modern macs (2011, 2012 respectively, both running mavericks) have incredible amounts of uptime, mac mini server, , have ran champs.

i'm never using laptop again, i'm buying new one....
want 1 rigorously tested , deemed apple apple tested , approved, can sold other poor sap in conscience. part of problem don't think applecare sits down , uses laptop when test it, maybe max load on cpu , other things , go afk. have no doubt in mind if used computer if own hard freeze in week or @ tops.

have thoughts or advice me?
