iCloud emails getting deleted!

some of icloud messages come me randomly getting removed account; aren't in trash or other folders matter. see them come across on iphone , laptop, open mail program open them, no longer there.

ideas?
 

yup. long-standing issue icloud mail. it's happened me before - i've seen emails pop inbox , go poof! it's hard trust icloud email, , apple has been silent it. while offending phrase below subsequently allowed, problem persists. issue me isn't filter emails...that appreciate. it's silently filter them , don't put them in junk folder. gmail @ least throws junk in spam folder can go through once in while , determine myself if it's worthy of deletion.
