[iPhone 6 Plus] LTE connection issues, Wifi slow, Excessive data usage

is else experiencing these problems?

lte data on at&t randomly stop working, , toggling airplane mode seems fix it.

when connected wifi, extremely slow , doesn't work @ (could same issue causing lte).

lastly, have used 2gb of data , sent family plan on limit because apparently phone using cellular data while connected wifi. email at&t or apple issue?
 

i having same issue lte 6. seems happen when going wi-fi cellular connection. toggling bring back. turned lte off , have no issues. know solution not everyone, it's not huge deal me until gets resolved.
