iPhone iPhone 4s stuck is safe mode

springboard crashed out of nowhere. reset few times , got normal. crashed again few minutes later , can't out.

i've uninstalled every tweak , reinstalled cydia , nothing doing trick. weird thing few of tweaks reinstalled still showing while in safe mode i've never seen before.

have suggestions can try? thanks.
 

since you're in safe mode can still access cydia.

search icleaner pro, download , install (it still work in safe mode). use icleaner's clean function clean (just careful on tell clean). respring. reboot.

if not work, use icleaner in safe mode disable tweaks. respring. add few (using icleaner's toggles) @ time until crash safe mode again. disable one's enabled , enable few less. keep going until narrow down tweak causing problem.
