Is UPS hold for pic up tomorrow a bad idea in SF?

my understanding ups center in city on potreo hill. have been there on non significant days after work , have had 20 people in line. being there million people in city i'm guessing pretty bad tomorrow after work?
 

the hub here in santa barbara sucks. there 1 guy disapperas, while there may 3-4 people in line, may there 20-25 minutes. includes time takes walk around building , ask drivers , loaders @ front desk. still take ups "hold pick up" on fedex's "will arrive between thanksgiving , new years" day...
