More confusion with AT&T Next ordering online

i tried add iphone 5c on at&t next existing account test prep iphone 6 pre-order. have 2 lines in 2 different area codes on account. when added cart, received following message:
i'm on line at&t figure out if able pre-order online or not in morning.
 

can keep posted? have 1 of accounts more 1 area code. when signed told "business" account.
