iPhone 6 Plus under 2 year contract with AT&T, can I sell it?

i have iphone 6 plus arriving in 2 days on monday 9/22.

iphone 6 plus, 64gb space gray

under 2 year contract at&t paid $399 + $40 upgrade fee + tax.

after trying out in store today, have changed mind regarding large size , have decided go smaller iphone 6 instead.

looking honest answer here - can realistically profit selling 6 plus since it's in higher demand currently?

have experience selling new phone under contract? have pay termination fee (i think $325 at&t) , free , clear me sell?

, put profits towards regular iphone 6...

realize lot of people frown on "scalping" not intention @ when ordered phone.

i'm thinking if can make couple hundred bucks selling hot item, why not? wondering if it's feasible , net costs , steps involved.

insight...

you'll have have unlocked have greater resale value- shy away buying subsidized carrier phones.

at&t may it, or can use third party unlocker.

in addition, you'll have open box , take out sim card- lowers value not sealed.
