Macbook Unibody (2010): Won't Charge + Reset

nearly every year, have replace battery in laptop. without fail, it's every spring, year, lasted wee bit longer , made june. computer said "service battery" past few weeks , since reset pram last night (my computer returned turn on, turn on half second, half of chime, , turn off @ best), refuses charge.

right now, going "charging" "not charging" every 2 or seconds. , when gets past "charging" , tells me time, it's 18 hours , counts down until goes "not charging". also, 'service battery' warning gone. coconut says battery's capacity @ 91%.

battery issue? because reset pram? suggestions please.

try resetting smc instructions here.

also, ensure booting off power cord connected first time around.
