Help! Late 2008 strong wifi connection but no internet

hello,

i've got problem getting connection late 2008 macbook.
moved denver, co chicago summer, , when arrived in denver macbook no longer connect internet via wireless router. strong connection wifi router, , connected, internet , no services work.

i'm running osx 10.7.5.

i've tried:
obvious restarting...
turning off , on wireless network.
attempted manually deleting , re-entering ip
deleting "systemconfig" , restarting (now have no system config files...)

i've been stumped problem couple weeks. have desktop use, i'd macbook online again.

successful connecting @ starbucks. @ first, had same problems. tried manually resetting ip, fiddling random network settings in desperation, , began work. worked again @ starbucks next day. today @ home, nothing....

please help! eternal gratitude can.
 

have tried dns opendns or google?
