iPhone 6: 16 or 64 gig and icloud drive

hi all

confused here @ moment in get. have iphone 5 16 gig. thinking if should stick the 16 gig , put storage need movies , music etc on icloud drive , buying more icloud drive space, works out less expensive storage device , access information via cloud. instead of paying 64 gig , saving information locally. guys suggest?
