Optimal settings & Individual app settings

i want keep bloat features on 6+ minimum. have guys turned off in settings keep device lean & mean?

i'm re-realizing have police each app download going settings see enable upon install. apps have no business using location enable upon install. apps tend install send diagnostic & usage data on.

think apple should check during approval process?
