Surface Pro 3 AND iPad Air owners: do you use them both?

hello:

love both surface pro 3 , ipad air. guess use former note-taking or reading pdf , magazines because 12" size, whereas latter seems interesting couching.

however, have doubts overlapping. mean: use them both or owning sp3 has locked out ipad air? buy them both again?

don't have surface 3 have small lenovo laptop has touchscreen , folds tablet use. wife uses wanted full pc controls , capabilities. use ipad air more content consumption web surfing , email.

in end, yes, both have place. surface our lenovo in use more production work or creating content , ipad more consumption work.

reason don't pick lenovo more has nothing size, it's fact runs windows 8 has smaller fonts, etc. not simple use ipad.
