Touch ID weird buzzing noise

just got iphone 6 today, , seems great! except when hold finger on touch id ring, there's quiet buzzing noise.. connected wrong or something
normal? (i've never had touch id before)

 

i pressed ear right against phone , heard nothing when pressed thumb on touch id ring.
