App Store Software Update

i'm trying download latest update, 6.1.6, safari. connection slow looking @ activity monitor's network tab shows data received being lost during download, see screenshot. i'm using 2012 mac mini running os x 10.8.5 behind wireless router connected ethernet cable , satellite dish internet connection via starband. there can speed download or app store's end that's slow?

i not sure, lost data shown there, app store downloads quite fast on fast connection.
download 3 5 mb/s when doing so.

, download connection quite slow, around 50 kb/s, means, 1 mb takes 20 seconds under optimal circumstances.
