Best iPhone 4 Shockproof case?

hi all.

decided need shockproof case everyday use , since i'm planning on taking long trip include hiking in next few months.

i'm looking for:
1) rugged case fit iphone 4
2) shockproof
3) preferabbly waterproof
4) preferabbly costs around/less 40$. although if it's worth might consider around 60-80$. lay of suggestions upon me.
