Make an external hard drive un-ejectable??

is possible make external drive un-ejectable. have transcent jetdrive lite 330 - http://www.transcendusa.com/apple/jetdrivelite/

appears in sidebar in finder , has 'eject' symbol next it. don't want accidentally eject there way make un-ejectable?
