"Recently Added" Bug or Not?

i've installed ios 8 gm. work fine. in photos app "recently added" show few picture , can see of picture in photos tab. anyway if want send picture in app (including imessage) can choose pictures added , can't see other pic. bug?
 

i don't have bugs relating added. did notice integrates photostream , camera roll one. ipad doesn't have older taken pictures recent pics show on ipad , iphone
