What do you use to edit on your phone and/or iPad?

been using photoshop express app , seems decent, wondering if there's better simple editing on go? not looking filters(no instagram garbage), app give me control on go.
 

"most control?" not sure mean, maybe snapseed, pixlr (now available on desktop free version , subscription upgrades, btw), , lr mobile.

photogene4 sorta more filter oriented, very job @ that, , works raw. or filterstorm.
