Anybody else seeing a mysterious iTunes credit?

while checking credit card charge new iphone saw there $8.91 credit itunes.
else seeing this?
showed on 9/14.
i've no idea because have never bought music or videos itunes , app purchases in $1-$2 range.
related free u2 album?
 

did email regarding credit icloud storage? because of change in storage levels , pricing people upgraded , provided refunds because of better pricing model.

unsure how going refund this. had $2.34 , thought maybe put credit on itunes account checked , credited credit card well.
