Apple Store couldn't do ATT Next orders?

maybe i'm blind, i've been looking on forums see if had similar did on preoorder night, , can't find case.

prefer order apple, when tried order on apple store app, told me cannot at&t next orders.

else have problem?
 

my wife ordered thru applestore app on fri @ 1p.m thru next , went thru fine
