Calendar event spanning 2 days when iCloud synced to iPhone and iPad

i wondered if me this. when enter new item calendar on mavericks , wait second syncs , fine on iphone , ipad , on icloud website day timed event. when click edit , enter details , select day event spans day , following day on iphone , ipad not on icloud website nor on macbook retina.

have read adjusting time zone support , have tried numerous settings on devices including setting same , 'off' , different combinations of these , makes no change @ all, mentioned daylight saving effected can find no way of adjusting or checking it.

hope can me lost!!! :)

jail broken ipad air ios 9.01
started running issue , i'm not sure caused worked out temp fix.

when making day event , don't set day , instead set start time , end time 12am of day.

save event.

go , edit event, can set day , save it.

seems issue every time make event defaults start time 9pm, , setting day adds 24 hrs event instead of making 24 hrs of same day.
