Constantly asked to sign into iCloud

i on 8.0.2 , phone continually asking me sign icloud point of making hard use device. have reset settings, signed out , in (itunes, mail, etc.). reset safari settings.

suggestions? ios 8 has been train wreck.
 

mine doing well. extremely annoying. seems icloud down. try doing relating error messages.
