Do I need to partition my nMacPro's SSD to also use it as a scratch disk?

hi,

wondering if safely use nmacpro's ssd scratch , os/applications if point scratch file @ specific folder dedicated scratch file.:confused: mine 512gb.
 

yeah. no need partition it. best use ssd large single volume it's built in garbage collection , wear levelling can work optimally. , don't worry wearing out. last years.
