Does Unlocking unlock cdma network outside USA?

sprint iphone 5c a1456

unlocking seems unlock gsm part.

go apple community , people there tell me lock principle different between cdma , gsm. it's difficult unlock cdma, , carrier don't want unlock either.

when see unlock service, indicates :
sprint usa
available - permanent factory unlock
*due technical limitations of cdma, unlocked use outside usa. inside usa still locked sprint

wondering unlocking allow consumers use country's cdma network?

, doubt lte. unlocking include fdd-lte if phone supports in device ?
 

sprint's unlock policy allows international unlock. cdma or gsm can use outside of united states.

inside united states locked sprint, no matter if carrier gsm or cdma.

third party unlocks being offered unlock international use only, can gsm or cdma long it's outside of united states.

no 1 except sprint can unlock domestic use inside united states , sprint never that.
