iPhone iFaith error : startIndex cannot be larger than length of string

hi,
i'm trying restore iphone 4 ios 6.1.3, , on os. when try build signed ipsw, select blob made tinyumbrella, , error message : "startindex cannot larger length of string" , in more info : (see end)
use virtual machine (windows7) parrallels desktop.
help!! thanks.
