iCloud drive not downloading online-stored files.

yesterday i've formatted yosemite public beta (because of disk space bug) partition , re-installed it. new yosemite public beta new install previous icloud drive files won't download, can see them icloud sync files loading bar on them (i can see file preview), download progress stuck @ beginning (see picture).

know if there's way access via web on icloud drive documents, of if in dp5 problem solved.
 

unfortunately me, icloud drive , icloud storage in general seems incredibly buggy.
