In need of help for the swiftkey app

the app pretty cool itself, thing everytime lock phone , unlock type message keyboard normal. how keep shift key keyboard on @ times? tried doing manually, no luck :(
 

i don't think can (if understand correctly want shift key locked?) try contacting dev , ask feature.
