Question on graphic card

hello,
purchase mbp 15".

know need 512 gb storage still doubtful if need purchase version graphic nvidia card or if version iris "pro" hd 5200 graphics ok me.

watch videos, edit , work on family clips taken cams, edit , listen music , gaming, nothing extraordinary, flight simulators.

would do? can save money card or shall invest , go full version?
